I don't understand what upgrade there was, apart from the fact that starting in March, I will need to pay monthly fees for each staff member to have their calendars visible in the marketplace. While I can choose not to pay and opt out of this upgrade, it means clients cannot find us.

Does anyone here feel frustrated by the newly implemented charges that Fresha started? With these recent changes, I am cornered into agreeing with them. If I don't, my staff and I risk losing access to our calendars, we won't receive notifications for any new bookings, and we'll have to process refunds for clients who booked during that period manually.

We manage two branches with a total of 60 employees, and our monthly costs for using Fresha will be close to $1000. This is quite expensive for us. For now, we'll skip online booking features.

I manage a Canadian salon and our current booking appointment program is Fresha. We've enjoyed it, but it's no longer free. It'll cost about $220 a month. Something a little more affordable would be nice.

Fees are charged misleadingly, especially with the New Customer Introduction Fee. This fee is charged even if customers were introduced to the salon by the salon's Google, Facebook, Instagram, as well as word-of-mouth who have already been regular customers. This is not right since those advertising portals belong to the salon.

I was told that in order to be visible on the Fresha marketplace I would need to manage my listing by sharing existing client data including client email addresses. I refused to do this because my past and current clients didn't come through Fresha.

You pay £12-15/month thinking you're boosting Google reviews. But clients are actually pushed to leave reviews on Fresha's own platform, not on Google.

Fresha scrapes google for your Business Information and displays it as their own and then lists services the customer can view for purchase through their own website.

Saying we are booked when we are quiet, I've lost heaps of clients because of Fresha, not to mention they started billing us per staff member without a warning. It's supposed to be free.

I have added my new business to Fresha a couple of weeks ago, but I cannot find it when I search for services in the area. It doesn't even show up on the map, even though 2 of my clients have left 5 star reviews!

The app is really lacking in a lot of ways, I only use it to check my schedule and everything else I do on the laptop. They’re also UK based and get the date of Thanksgiving wrong and automatically block out chunks of December assuming we get vacation time like they do.

Was unable to get my business verified because for some reason the verification email just would not send, even though the correct email address was entered. Message customer service took 3 days for someone to get back to me with a generic response.
