Consent forms, used before services take place to request important information such as personal details, medical history, and media consent, are now available inside our salon booking software!

With the introduction of customized digital consent forms, our system reduces manual work, helps specialists prepare for appointments, and improves communication between experts and their clients by clearly setting expectations.

Businesses can use our salon management software to create new forms from scratch or choose from existing templates centered around their services: media consent, barbershop, beauty salon, hair salon, or nail salon.

2. Health information (allergies, medical conditions, medication)

3. Treatment consent (patch test, risk consent)

4. Media consent (before and after photos, social media)

Once a new consent form is created, you will be able to select the services it applies to and create different versions of it, each customized for the right treatments.

Based on clients’ responses, the salon management system will automatically ask for more details, so there’s no missing information regarding medical conditions, medication, or allergies.

All documents can be configured with expiration dates, while the Preview function allows professionals to experience the entire flow before a form becomes officially available to clients:

Once a consent form has been associated with a specific service and a booking is created, the process becomes automatic. Clients receive the consent form by email 48 hours before their appointment. If they don’t provide an email address, the form link can be shared directly on WhatsApp or social media.

Consent forms can also be completed with clients in-salon, ensuring everything is understood and agreed upon. Once a form gets signed, the document becomes available inside the salon scheduling software, and a PDF file can be downloaded and shared if needed.
